Nicely appointed and pretty standard hotel. In a very nice area just off restaurants and the beach and the Valley of Temples. A nice size and well-equipped rooms. Pleasant breakfast. Really helpful staff and attention to detail. Perfect options for breakfast. Great choice for a trip.

The service was perfect. The unic problem was the rumor of the other passengers.

The house is very well maintained and is situated in a very quiet area, away from the noise of the street. Very large, well-kept, pleasantly tempered pool. We cannot confirm the often expressed criticism because of the group travelers, their arrival and departure was handled by the hotel extremely professionally. Also during the breakfast, there was always quickly cleared and refilled at the (abundant) buffet; one does not have to take coffee from the vending machine, the personnel offers different freshly made preparations that are served at the table. We did not use the restaurant, as at the Lungomare there is a lot of choice of restaurants with authentic cuisine (lots of fish).

Unfortunately many mosquitoes. A proper protection (not only these useless plugs) would be really desirable! If you stay for a longer time, storage space is scarce, a chest of drawers with a drawer is missing. Somewhat more comfortable loungers with pads at the pool would be fine, too.

The staff here was very friendly and the breakfast had a great selection of food, plus the view of the sea was stunning and met our needs perfectly.

Great view from the room: the swimming-pool and the sea from our balcon at a corner of the building. It could not be better. Private parking for guests. Really practical. San Leone is a small turistical place and there is no way to find a parking space free. Relaxing stay there, taking the car to go to nice beaches outside San Leone and enjoying there at night walking along the sea and eating delicious in the local restaurants.

Breakfast could be improved, though it was OK. The bath was fine. The decoration and furnitures of the room didn't meet the 4 stars of the hotel, a bit old fashion.

The swimming pool was very dirty (green), the location is a bit remote and the boulevard is not really a place to walk around in the evening. If you go to Agrigento, just visit the temples and move to the next place.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to the promenade with a wide variety of restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a good-sized bathroom. The view from the room was beautiful, especially at night. The hotel also had a pool, although it wasn't open during our stay.

The breakfast could have been better, with cold bacon and eggs and lukewarm coffee.

The pool was very nice, as was the location with a lovely view of the marina.

Very little to do here except swim and sunbathe. Plastic cups instead of glasses in the room, not really 4 star, no tea or coffee making facilities, breakfast basic.

We loved the location of this hotel, it's right in front of the sea and just outside of the Agrigento ruins. It's also very close to the Valley of the Temples. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the pool has a fantastic view. There are parking spots available for guests, and the staff is very kind. The breakfast was well catered and offered a good variety of options.

We arrived after a long day and were made very welcome , the room had everything thta we had asked for with a seaview. The meals in the hotel were excellent with a good choice of menu. The staff were always helpful and the hotel and swimming pool area was always kept clean and tidy. A very enjoyable stay.

This is rated as a 4 star hotel but the staff is rude and made everyone at the desk wait for them. They ran out of towels at the pool and toilet tissue in the room. Breakfast was noisy due to the staff banging plates and glasses. The room had a strong odor of roses. This should be a 2 star at best.
